Staff Accountant

Position Overview:

• This role is for a Staff Accountant to support accounting and finance operations in a fast-paced tech/SaaS environment.
• The position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can follow established processes and is eager to grow.

What You'll Do:

• Handle accounts payables, receivables, and daily banking transaction recording and reconciliation.
• Respond to customer billing inquiries and assist with cash flow monitoring, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including Budget vs. Actual and headcount, while maintaining organized financial records.

Requirements:

• Possess 2-4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience with a working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Have experience with accounting systems like Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or QuickBooks and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently remotely, and an understanding of tech/SaaS business operations.
