Job Description
This highly visible role, reporting directly to the CEO, offers flexibility to support other members of the leadership team. Seeking someone eager to grow, yet humble and willing to roll up their sleeves for any taskβbig or small. The EA will keep the CEO and leadership team organized, ensure priorities move forward, and provide leverage on both day-to-day tasks and strategic projects.
Responsibilities include executive support, stakeholder coordination, special projects, decision support, and process improvement. The role involves attending key meetings, taking detailed notes, tracking action items, managing the CEOβs calendar, and acting as a liaison with internal teams and external partners.
They will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across the CEOβs office.
