Role Highlights:
- Partner directly with clients to develop and operationalize GEO measurement strategies across AI-powered search experiences
- Support Seer’s GEO Test & Learn initiatives by defining hypotheses, establishing testing methodologies, identifying success metrics, and evaluating causal relationships between marketing activities and business outcomes
- Distinguish correlation from incrementality through thoughtful experimental design and analytical rigor
Essential Skills:
- You have deep expertise in platforms such as Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics, including implementation, auditing, QA, and strategic measurement planning
- You have experience designing scalable measurement frameworks tied to business outcomes rather than vanity metrics
- You have experience designing and evaluating Test & Learn programs, including hypothesis development, success criteria, incrementality measurement, and causal inference methodologies
30/60/90 Day Goals:
- Develop a strong understanding of Seer’s analytics methodologies, client portfolio, and AI/GEO measurement philosophy
- Independently manage analytics workstreams across multiple client engagements
- Lead measurement strategy conversations with clients
