Be part of the development team of the Career & Performance Squad, responsible for internal People products and the integration project with Oracle. Your mission will be to guarantee the support and technical evolution of the integrations between the internal systems and the Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring quality, stability and alignment with the company's business processes. You are expected to have a critical and collaborative performance, with strong technical mastery in Oracle HCM Cloud, especially in the performance evaluation and internal movement modules. You'll be a technical reference for decisions related to integration, also helping in the reskilling of the team and in the dissemination of good practices and engineering standards focused on Oracle. Responsibilities include developing, sustaining and evolving integrations between internal systems and Oracle HCM Cloud, using REST APIs and SOAP Web Services from Oracle, customizing and extending Oracle HCM through the Visual Builder Studio (VBS) or Oracle Application Composer, guaranteeing the consistency, security and performance of integrations, and so on.
