About The Role:
- Ensure clients' monthly sales tax needs are met.
- Solve time-critical problems and submit filings.
- Contribute to improving team workflows and processes.
Your Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of accounting experience is essential.
- Excel/Google Sheets skills are beneficial for data analysis.
- Bonus points for US sales tax knowledge; CPA is a plus.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit sales tax filings accurately.
- Monitor tax collection variances, resolving any issues.
- Assist with special client projects and resolve urgent issues.
Specific Measures of Success:
- Complete special projects quickly.
- Minimize client tax variance percentage.
- Submit returns punctually.
