Responsibilities:
- Lead HRIS support operations for UKG platforms, ensuring system stability, performance, and compliance with data security and privacy regulations across all regions.
- Own data governance and integrity, oversee audits, and ensure seamless interaction between HRIS and Payroll functions, while supporting reporting capabilities.
- Drive system enhancements, lead support involvement in upgrades, and partner with stakeholders to optimize and improve system usage and documentation.
Team & Delivery:
- Lead, coach, and develop a technical HRIS Support team, setting expectations and driving accountability against SLAs and service quality standards.
- Act as the primary escalation point, define and improve support processes, and operate within a global model to ensure consistent, high-quality support across time zones.
- Partner with HR, Technology, Payroll, and Benefits teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination during incidents and deployments.
Project & Vendor Management:
- Own the UKG vendor relationship, manage support cases and escalations, and partner closely with Payroll teams on UKG Payroll and Payment Services integration.
- Lead technical deployments of UKG for new component companies from acquisitions, ensuring efficient and secure integration with global HRIS standards.
- Support global HRIS operations across the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and other regions, recognizing the diverse, matrixed organizational structure.
