Our client is seeking a Paid Media Manager with expertise in local service campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. The manager will set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LSA. Responsibilities include running A/B tests on copy, creatives, and audience targeting for lead generation, managing retargeting campaigns across platforms, tracking conversion rates, CPA, and lead quality metrics, and coordinating landing page design and UTM tracking integration.
The manager will align ad strategies with regional sales goals and service areas, analyze performance weekly, and provide actionable insights. Collaboration with SEO and content teams to support organic-digital synergy is also a key aspect of this role. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid ad campaigns and have advanced proficiency in Google Ads.
