About the Role:
- You will own the governance, risk, and compliance side of our security practice, keeping our ISMS healthy.
- You will work cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, IT, and PreSales teams to ensure customer trust.
What You'll Do:
- Own and continuously improve Camunda's ISMS, spotting gaps and closing them with measurable improvements.
- Drive our security audit cycle for ISO 27001 and SOC 2, working directly with external auditors.
- Review information security requirements in customer contracts and give clear, practical recommendations.
What You Bring:
- Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 certifications.
- Substantial experience across information security, risk management, and compliance, with a focus on GRC.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills to move multiple workstreams forward.
