Director, Data Science

What You'll Do:

• Own Specialty's voice on Frontier, ensuring requirements are heard and built correctly across a multi-year transformation.
• Become the expert on all Specialty rating programs, covering structures, data definitions, and pipelines.
• Connect the dots across Product, Technology, Delivery, and Actuarial teams to keep work moving.

Ideal Candidate:

• Energized by complex problems, equally comfortable in model details and executive conversations.
• Has personal lines insurance experience and hands-on modeling skills with Python, SAS, Emblem.
• Thrives in ambiguity, picks up new domains quickly, and drives alignment across large teams.

Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of predictive analytic techniques and statistical diagnostics.
• Expert knowledge of predictive toolset, including highly technical tools.
• Proven ability to lead and drive projects through others, including prior experience managing talent.
