HR Manager

This is a volunteer HR Manager position. Responsibilities include overseeing a team of HR Supervisor & Coordinators, attending ARO Management Calls weekly, working one-on-one with Team Members and Managers, managing the organization and maintenance of team projects, and updating the internal HR database. Prepare various HR documents, assist the HR Hiring Department, respond to Team Member queries related to HR issues, and other tasks as needed. Prior experience in Human Resources is required.
