Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead, and oversee projects to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
- Analyze business problems and design innovative solutions using existing and emerging technologies.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance programs and systems for the clinical data repository.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Admin, or related field, plus 2 years of relevant IT experience.
- Proficiency in C#, Node.js, Python, SQL, Informatica, and REST API.
- Experience with healthcare standards and parsing complex clinical data formats (HL7, FHIR, CCD, ADT).
Work Environment:
- Remote work permitted from any state/metro area allowed by corporate policy.
- Ability to work independently and with project teams, adapting to changing priorities.
- May require off-hours assistance and background checks.
