Responsibilities:
- Own and modernize HoldCo's internal IT and security environment across core enterprise systems.
- Build practical security controls that allow teams to deploy new tools quickly while managing risk.
- Monitor escalations from our 24/7 SOC and partner with the CISO on incident response.
Qualifications:
- Deep hands-on experience with Google Workspace, device management, identity and access management, and security tooling.
- Highly fluent with modern enterprise AI tools and understand security governance considerations.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Compensation:
- Base salary range of $165,000 - $190,000.
- Part of a competitive total rewards package including annual bonus, employer-paid benefits, L&D stipend, and incentive pay.
