About the Role:
- This is a strategic, hands-on leadership opportunity focused on transforming internal IT into a modern engineering and enablement function.
- You will own systems, business applications, automation, identity infrastructure, and internal AI tooling for a globally distributed workforce.
- The role combines long-term technology strategy with practical involvement in automation, integrations, security, and AI-enabled workflows.
Key Accountabilities:
- Own internal IT strategy, roadmap, budget, and overall technology operating model across support, business applications, integrations, automation, and AI tooling.
- Lead, develop, and mentor IT Support and IT Tooling & Automation teams, setting technical and service standards.
- Manage IT as an internal product, define service expectations, and prioritize high-impact initiatives for employee experience.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in IT engineering, business systems, or related disciplines within SaaS or technology organizations.
- Strong hands-on engineering background including Python, APIs, webhooks, and integration frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying AI tooling and managing identity and security infrastructure (SSO, SAML, SCIM, Zero Trust).
