Manager, Technical Lead - Blacksmith/CRM

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical aspects of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support for enterprise applications.
• Coordinate use case testing, end-user validation, and post-implementation hyper care support to ensure solution effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to prioritize and deliver system enhancements that support business strategy.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders and end users through deep functional understanding and trusted partnership.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to Business System Analysts and technical team members to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end enterprise business processes and identify opportunities for automation and scalability.

Strategic & Compliance Initiatives:

• Define solution architecture requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and standards.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, risk, and regulatory requirements in alignment with Information Security and governance policies.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive innovation through process improvement, automation, and modernization initiatives.
