Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Team and Culture:

• Join a distributed consumer mobile product team with around 50 engineers in Europe, US, and LATAM.
• Work in small, autonomous product squads of 6-8 people, each owning specific user journeys.
• Emphasize strong observability and monitoring due to cross-region operations without follow-the-sun.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of reliability and observability for critical product journeys within a squad.
• Define and maintain SLIs/SLOs, dashboards, and alerts for key services and metrics.
• Act as first responder for P0/P1 incidents, investigating, mitigating, and coordinating escalations.

Ideal Profile:

• Senior backend engineer with Node.js and TypeScript experience, transitioning into an SRE role.
• Strong AWS production experience and hands-on observability across metrics, logging, and tracing.
• Ability to interpret production signals and independently resolve issues with excellent communication skills.
