Principal Site Reliability Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical and managerial direction for the SRE team, promoting technical and career development.
• Define and evolve reliability, observability, and operational excellence strategy for products.
• Act as the primary technical reference for critical incidents, coordinating responses and root cause analysis.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience leading technical teams in SRE, DevOps, or Platform.
• Strong people management, executive communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience in critical incident management and crisis handling.

Technical Skills:

• Kubernetes (EKS/OpenShift), Docker, AWS, Terraform.
• CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), observability (Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
• Automation using Python, Go, or Shell Script, and infrastructure as code.
