Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical and managerial direction for the SRE team, promoting technical and career development.
- Define and evolve reliability, observability, and operational excellence strategy for products.
- Act as the primary technical reference for critical incidents, coordinating responses and root cause analysis.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience leading technical teams in SRE, DevOps, or Platform.
- Strong people management, executive communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience in critical incident management and crisis handling.
Technical Skills:
- Kubernetes (EKS/OpenShift), Docker, AWS, Terraform.
- CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), observability (Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
- Automation using Python, Go, or Shell Script, and infrastructure as code.
