What You'll Do:
- Build an SRE team from scratch, hiring 4-6 experienced staff in year one.
- Professionalize incident management by defining processes, selecting tools, and driving adoption across engineering.
- Drive engineering excellence through design reviews, code reviews, and blameless retrospectives.
What You'll Bring:
- Demonstrated experience leading and growing SRE or infrastructure teams, including incident management and observability.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS preferred) and incident management tooling.
- Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing engineers in remote environments.
