About the Team:
- The Productivity Engineering: Automation & Self-Service (PEAS) team is responsible for automation, CI/CD, and self-service platforms.
- Part of the Technology Operations (TechOps) organization, which includes IT, Infrastructure, Security, Reliability, and DevOps/DevEx disciplines.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and evolve our SLI/SLO and error-budget frameworks, influencing prioritization and product decisions.
- Lead incident response, drive postmortems, and turn findings into systemic fixes.
- Build and maintain observability across metrics, logs, and traces (Datadog).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in site reliability, platform, or infrastructure engineering with senior-level ownership.
- Strong programming skills for automation and tooling (Go, Python, Typescript or similar).
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
