Sr/Staff Site Reliability Engineer, Consumer Apps

About the Role:

• As a Senior/Staff Site Reliability Engineer, you will build and maintain the infrastructure that powers all systems.
• You will automate manual toil using modern tooling, including AI agents, to ensure peak efficiency and scalability.
• You will work closely with every engineering team to improve developer experience and system observability.

What a typical week might look like:

• Use AI agents as a force multiplier to create, improve, and maintain internal tooling.
• Write Terraform modules and Helm charts, and monitor systems using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Pair with engineering leads to instrument critical functionality and participate in architecture design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience building large-scale cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Demonstrated fluency directing AI coding agents to build and debug infrastructure.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Istio, Terraform, and observability tools like Datadog and Prometheus.
