Lead design, implementation, and operation of reliable internal developer platforms and self-service infrastructure provisioning.
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and automation.
Apply SRE principles including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and DORA metrics.

Developer Experience and Productivity:

Develop golden paths, service templates, scaffolding tools, and standardized engineering workflows.
Improve local development environments, CLI tooling, preview deployments, and ephemeral environments.
Build observability solutions and dashboards for CI/CD health and platform reliability.

Collaboration and Leadership:

Partner with engineering teams to reduce operational toil and implement automation.
Collaborate with Security and Platform Operations teams to embed secure-by-default controls.
Mentor engineers and influence platform roadmaps through data-driven recommendations.
