Ensure a smooth internal customer account transition from the Sales Rep (SR) and Customer Success Manager (CSM) while delivering on all commitments and timelines
Build strong, consultative, strategic relationships with customers that result in business growth
Foster a team atmosphere - support your teammates and share lessons learned
Perform software quality testing, including black box testing, white box testing, user acceptance testing, and maintenance regression testing.
Develop and document test scripts, test cases, defect tracking and reports.
Create and maintain manual and/or automated test maintenance scripts, test data, and other deliverables related to the software quality assurance (SQA) process.
