Senior Director, Site Reliability Engineering

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead a multi-team Dedicated Tenant SRE organization accountable for service delivery and operational excellence.
• Define and drive cross-functional programs with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
• Build and grow the organization through staffing, talent development, and leadership coaching.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience leading software-focused SRE or cloud operations engineering organizations.
• Deep expertise in software delivery and operational strategy with strong emphasis on reliability and scalability.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes, Git-based workflows, and observability tooling.
