About the Role:
- Lead the Site Reliability Operations team, including the NOC, to ensure end-to-end observability and proactive detection of issues.
- Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to integrate release best practices and automation into operations.
- Manage incident and problem management processes to minimize customer impact and drive long-term stability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in IT operations, SRE, or DevOps, with 3+ years leading technical teams in a 24x7 environment.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and incident management processes.
