Senior Quality Engineer

Lead quality efforts for our next-gen DBaaS platform as a Senior Quality Engineer. You'll drive end-to-end testing across UI, CLI, and API layers, working closely with developers, DevOps, and product teams. This role combines deep technical testing expertise, database knowledge, and leadership responsibility. Own and evolve test strategies for distributed, cloud-native applications. Design and automate tests for Kubernetes-based deployments (EKS, GKE, OpenShift). Validate database functionality and lifecycle operations (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Build and maintain UI automation using Playwright. Develop and execute API and CLI-based test scenarios. Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. Lead triaging, defect management, and QA decision-making. Mentor junior QA engineers and collaborate cross-functionally.
