Senior Machine Learning Engineer

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will lead the full ML model lifecycle. This includes feature engineering, model design, training, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvement. Further responsibilities include architecting and implementing scalable ranking, retrieval, and personalization models using ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow). Building robust, production-ready ML data pipelines and infrastructure with Python, GCP, Docker/Kubernetes is also a significant part of the role. The engineer will also integrate ML models into high-traffic distributed systems, ensuring observability, CI/CD, and real-time performance. Moreover, the role includes collaborating closely with Product and Data Engineering to deeply understand business needs and translate them into measurable user impact.
