What You'll Be Doing:
- Help develop and improve products for Hooks & Needles, reviewing patterns and content for accuracy.
- Review customer feedback to spot trends and turn insights into product and experience improvements.
- Support marketing initiatives, source creative content, and use AI tools to speed up research and analysis.
What We're Looking For:
- Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy with tools like Shopify, Asana, Google Sheets, and AI tools.
- Crochet or knitting knowledge is a big advantage.
