Shape and optimize end-to-end digital experiences for members, candidates, and stakeholders across ISC2 platforms.
Translate business objectives, user needs, and behavioral insights into clear journey maps, touchpoint strategies, and intuitive interaction flows.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and draft current and target journeys for high-priority member flows.
Define measurable success metrics and outcomes in partnership with enterprise architecture.
Analyze conversion performance, drop-offs, and friction points to recommend roadmap priorities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5-8 years professional experience in UI/UX design, journey mapping, and information architecture.
Hands-on experience with wireframing tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML/CSS.
