Calix is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join their dynamic team. The candidate will design, code, and debug complex software systems, continuously enhancing their performance and functionality. The Staff Software Engineer will investigate and resolve software-related issues, optimizing performance and providing exceptional user experiences. As well as engage in discussions, brainstorm ideas, and suggest solutions, shaping the direction of our shared services. They will also partner with customer success and field teams to troubleshoot and unblock field issues in real time. They will work with a globally distributed team efficiently to implement new features, resolve field issues and improve the quality of the product.
