About the Role:
- Build and scale Clinical Research at Headway as the first dedicated clinical researcher.
- Drive the vision for clinical research including standards for analysis and experimentation.
- Influence senior leadership and have a chance to directly influence strategy and growth.
You Will:
- Scale the clinical research function, developing quarterly roadmaps and overseeing execution.
- Lead projects from conceptualization to execution with strategic analysis and causal inference.
- Tackle projects yourself, translating complex insights into clear recommendations.
You Would Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- 10+ years of health services research, clinical epidemiology, or health economics research.
- Experience leading research teams and a strong publication record in mental health studies.
- Hands-on technical fluency in SQL and Python/R with experience in modern data stacks.
