Develop and pioneer optical approaches from concept to a working breadboard prototype to further iLoF's mission in personalised medicine. Work closely with data scientists and bioclinicians to develop technologies that are aligned with customer requirements. Analyse and interpret experimental data to ensure that practical implementations of approaches align with performance goals.

Apply your scientific expertise to the development of early, noninvasive tests for cancer detection. With a strong background in NGS assay development, bioinformatics, statistics, and molecular biology, you will design and execute research studies to drive early research of prototype cancer early detection products using cfDNA as biomarker. In collaboration with wet lab scientists, rapidly characterize and iterate on experimental methods by providing real-time assessments of assay performance, quality control, and clinical/diagnostic utility.

Provide scientific support to current and prospective customers, which includes demonstration of optimal use of our life science software suites, facilitation of interactions between customers and product development teams, and general scientific guidance. Engage in cutting-edge methodological scientific research and advise our customers on best practices for computational modelling. Publish scientific papers and present at conferences.

Develop mathematical, computational, and machine learning approaches for modeling large-scale immune receptor sequence and/or structural data. Develop novel simulation frameworks for immune repertoire analysis. Perform deep and detailed analyses for data-intensive experiments. Prepare large-scale datasets for internal and external usage. Expand own knowledge base with new methods and concepts to tackle evolving research questions and demands for collaboration.
