Senior Food Sciences Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Food Sciences Consultant who has a background in assessing the safety of food ingredients, products, and processes to ensure client compliance with regulations, and advise clients on risk reduction and management. This candidate will conduct research, analyze data, and provide expert guidance on the potential toxicological effects of chemicals and substances found in food and will convey this to clients. Conducting Risk Assessments to evaluate the potential health risks associated with food ingredients, additives, contaminants, and manufacturing processes and provide expert guidance. Must have experience in managing personnel, mentoring junior staff, client budgets, internal budgets and team resources.
