Porting Team Manager

We are looking Porting Team Manager to join our Sydney team. Reporting to Operations Project and Network Expansion Team Manager, the Porting Team Manager is responsible for developing a framework for the effective management of the LNP porting processes for Symbio in conjunction with the General Manager, Operations - CPaaS, other operational managers, and stakeholders across other BUs to drive high performance and meet the expectations of our customers. This role will lead the global Porting team and develop them into an industry leading support and assistance centre for our high value customers. You will develop centres of excellence in porting so that Symbio stands ready to add value to our customer relationships in all interactions that we have with them.
