- Actively support all efforts to simplify and enhance customer and employee experience.
- Develop and drive advanced standards for high-quality deliverables and identify solutions.
- Leverage NIQ tools and applications like Discover and PowerBI to address client business questions.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with mastery of NIQ tools and Discover.
- Experience in BI tools, automation, analytics, reporting, and database technologies.
- Strong communication skills and client service experience.
