Job Description
This role involves leading the technical direction of Vida's next-generation member experience across mobile and web.
You will be responsible for architecting the foundations of a scalable, premium, component-driven application.
You will be involved in enabling fast and safe multi-platform releases, while mentoring the entire frontend org.
The role also requires defining patterns for analytics, logging, instrumentation and feature flags to support safe experimentation.
You'll collaborate with Product, Design and clinical leaders to translate a highly configurable, AI-driven care model into a simple, elegant member journey.
