Technical Director

Role:

• Engage in hands-on coding, creating innovative features played by millions of users
• Focus on balancing and core gameplay parameters/features
• Manage the development cycle with support from teammates

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the General Manager in taking responsibility for technical team structure, recruitment and onboarding
• Guarantee the game is being built with high standards and solid coding practices, targeting long-term quality and a high development pace
• Monitor product health, working with the technical team to always increase product quality

Requirements:

• A creative and hacker mindset
• Good sense of gameplay experience and special attention to details
• 2+ years of experience as Technical Director or Technical Lead on games
