Job Description
In this role, you will partner directly with product leadership to uncover key opportunities, guide investments, and shape the product roadmap. The work will focus on experimentation, causal inference, and advanced analytics, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive better decisions for practitioners and their patients. This is a highly strategic role where you’ll act as a thought partner, brings rigour to how product impact is measured, surface opportunities before they’re obvious, and tell compelling stories that influence direction across the company. Experimentation & Causal Inference involves leading the design, execution, and interpretation of A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate product changes. Apply causal inference methods to understand the “why” behind results, and work closely with Product Managers and leaders to identify growth levers, assess trade-offs, and influence investment decisions. Apply statistical modelling, segmentation, clustering, and predictive techniques to uncover deeper insights into user behaviour and product performance. Translate complex analysis into clear narratives that drive decisions across technical and non-technical audiences. Share knowledge, coach junior team members, and foster a culture of curiosity and continuous learning to partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the data foundation is reliable and fit for analysis.
