About the Role:
- Shape the future of digital life insurance through innovative, data-driven underwriting practices.

- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, actuarial, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop multiple underwriting teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee complex risk assessments involving medical, non-medical, and financial information.
- Develop and refine underwriting guidelines, processes, and programs.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in life insurance underwriting within a leading carrier or reinsurer.
- 6+ years managing and developing underwriting teams.
- Strong understanding of accelerated underwriting models and digital processes.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary range of $100,000–$230,000 with equity eligibility.
