Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across billing, coding, claims, payment posting, and accounts receivable functions.
- Coordinate workloads and priorities across operational teams to support client requirements.
- Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround times, and other operational performance metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or healthcare services.
- Experience managing or coordinating healthcare operations teams.
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows, including billing, coding, claims, payment posting, and AR.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with provider groups or hospitals.
- Healthcare revenue cycle management certification.
- Familiarity with Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks, or other healthcare systems.
