Job Description

Own the full implementation lifecycle for Biofourmis solutions—kickoff through go-live—including configuration, testing, training, and post-launch support. Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders during implementation, ensuring alignment, clarity, and an excellent customer experience. Translate clinical workflows into platform configurations that enhance usability and support care delivery. Design and deliver tailored training programs for clinical and operational staff. Facilitate both remote and on-site training sessions. Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet implementation milestones. Provide hands-on support during key phases of the project. Develop deep product expertise in Biofourmis' CopilotIQ+ platform.
