Job Description
Conduct phone interviews with all prospective members to assess alignment with Base’s mission, culture, and community standards, building instant rapport with candidates through authentic conversation and active listening. Ask thoughtful questions to understand a candidate’s interests, intent, and motivations to join Base. Evaluate fit based on personality, values, and experience while maintaining a warm, welcoming tone. Communicate Base’s vision and values in a compelling way. Document detailed notes from each interview for review and provide recommendations on acceptance and follow up based on established criteria. Collaborate with the membership team to ensure a consistent and high quality onboarding experience. Represent Base with professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm in every interaction. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, with a passion for community building and creating meaningful connections between people. High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate sensitive conversations.
