Product Manager, Emergence

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to validate product hypotheses before initiating development cycles.
• Manage rapid prototyping and testing cycles within 1-2 week sprints to validate product directions efficiently.
• Monitor post-launch adoption and engagement metrics, taking corrective actions when results fall short of targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in full product builds for B2B SaaS, from discovery through post-launch iteration and improvement.
• Strong project management discipline to break down complex problems and identify potential blockers early in the process.
• Familiarity with rapid prototyping tools and methodologies, along with working knowledge of APIs and system integrations.

Work Environment:

• This role offers remote work flexibility with a requirement to be based in India, supporting portfolio companies from a distributed setting.
• You will work directly with the Product Lead to build repeatable product processes across the company's investment portfolio.
