Director, FP&A

This is an intermediate position where you will be responsible for all FP&A duties at Mashgin. As the director of FP&A you will be responsible for leading the FP&A team at Mashgin, be a partner to all of the business leads within the company, and be a financial guiding light to assist the C-suite in making prudent, strategic and timely decisions for each team and for the company as a whole. You will be responsible for enhancing company operations through the in-depth analysis of financial data, revenue and cost models, as well as long-range plans, annual budgets and three statement reporting. Developing strategies to optimize financial performance while maintaining financial systems, and ensuring efficient data flow and reconciliations. Maintaining accurate financial reporting and monthly budget vs actual processes with all business units. Building and managing an FP&A team with cross-functional capabilities and strong analytical prowess.
