Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults.
- Design personalized treatment plans and document efficiently with AI tools.
- Participate in regular paid case consultations with the care team.

Qualifications:
- Active California independent license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) and Spanish fluency.
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or MFT.
- Experience with older adults and comfort with telehealth platforms preferred.
