As a Patient Access Specialist, you will provide extensive support via phone and online channels to patients and healthcare providers. You will also manage scheduling logistics, referral coordination, and registration, collaborating with providers and facilities to optimize workflow and minimize delays. This role also fosters community engagement and uses a variety of technologies to support departmental workflows, with the potential for remote work.
