Senior Product Designer (GenAI)

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll contribute to the design vision and strategy for generative AI projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs. You will also design and visualize current and future customer experiences with relevant artefacts such as service standards, frameworks, personas, maps and blueprints, and customer experience strategies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, researchers, software engineers and business partners to build coherent end-to-end services. Participate in design practice activities and help maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices. Rapidly design, prototype, and test concepts for services and products based on a deep understanding of business and customer needs. You will also communicate and advocate for design decisions and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and AI.
