Director of Procurement

Lead and scale Vanta’s global procurement function, overseeing multimillion-dollar vendor negotiations and managing strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract strategy. You will own global procurement programs valued at tens of millions of dollars, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment across regions. Build scalable processes and implement best practices to elevate procurement into a trusted, strategic business partner. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including GTM, ENG, IT, and Legal—to streamline workflows and support company-wide initiatives. Establish and monitor procurement KPIs and SLAs, driving transparency and accountability across the organization. Provide leadership and mentorship to a growing team of Senior Procurement Analysts, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture. Partner directly with company leadership to support scaling efforts, guide critical vendor decisions, and shape long-term procurement strategy.
