Job Description
Help drive production of future releases for Destiny 2, ensuring great player experiences ship on time and within budget. Maintain a well-understood pipeline and schedule for the product area. Drive regular learnings and evaluation of in-development content to measure and ensure player experience. Help drive milestone goals and schedules for one of the content teams, in conjunction with the wider Production Team and the game development timeline. Facilitate communication and collaboration, and manage dependencies across multiple disciplines, teams, and stakeholders. Help iterate on production processes to continuously improve velocity, collaboration, and visibility. Work within a dedicated production team and use independent judgment when necessary. Ensure studio compliance with company policies and procedures.
