BUILD & OPERATIONALIZE THE ARCADIA RESEARCH COLLECTIVE:
- Design and launch the Arcadia Research Collective, including participation and onboarding models.
- Design ARC to support multiple research modalities, including collaborative and funded research programs.
- Grow ARC from pilot phase to a repeatable operating model with 20+ participating organizations.
RESEARCH & ENABLEMENT & SCIENTIFIC SME LEADERSHIP:
- Serve as Arcadia’s research network and scientific SME across priority Life Sciences engagements.
- Apply prior experience building and operating research networks to inform ARC design and feasibility standards.
- Enable Account Managers by advising on research feasibility and providing scientific credibility.
CROSS-FUNCTION ENABLEMENT & OPERATING RIGOR:
- Establish processes to support peer-reviewed publications.
- Deliver 5+ research publications or citations annually as the network scales.
- Strengthen Arcadia’s positioning as a research-grade data and enablement platform.
