What You'll Be Doing:
- Own end-to-end delivery of Life Sciences engagements.
- Translate life sciences objectives into clear delivery plans.
- Be accountable for delivery quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Build and Run the Life Sciences Operating Model:
- Design and refine the Life Sciences delivery and operations model.
- Define and manage the end-to-end lifecycle.
- Evolve the operating model based on what is actually working.
Lead Cross-Functional Execution:
- Act as the day-to-day execution quarterback.
- Translate Life Sciences delivery requirements into clear priorities.
- Establish and run hands-on operating cadences.
Serve as Senior Delivery Lead:
- Act as the senior, hands-on client-facing delivery lead.
- Own delivery communication, expectation-setting, and issue resolution.
- Partner closely with Commercial to support renewals, upsells, and new opportunities.
