UX Designer

As our first dedicated UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in defining how educators navigate and use our platform. You’ll lead the design of clear, intuitive interfaces that make working with data easier and more effective for users across K–12 and Higher Ed. If you're motivated by solving complex problems and designing tools that have a real impact in education, we’d love to meet you! You will: - Lead design for user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms - Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs - Support the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides - Communicate design ideas clearly through sketches, user flows, and prototypes - Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and best practices
